This Directive Communication based workshop
gives Team Leaaders the psychological tools needed (including CBCIl) to expand leadership roles in a team environment. Participants will be able to decode team members
physical way of processes information and how that affects work style and attitude. Team Leaders will gain respect for the attributes, strengths, and weaknesses of each team
member through insights to the mental, emotional, and
physical makeup. Leaders are able to draw out the best from a cross-functional and/or cross cultural group.
Leading Team Communication concentrates on leading people to make the
most of their natural gifts and applies strategies to set up a supportive
environment that promotes the individual as well as the team. By applying DC psychology based leadership roles in a team environment, participants maximize communication potential and increase productivity
